Who Am I?

My photo

I served in the US Navy from 2002-08; four of those years were as a Nuclear Propulsion Operator aboard an aircraft carrier. I engage in political activism in various Democratic circles when I am able to. I have a cat, and I am an uncle.

All opinions that I express are my own and do not reflect the views of any organization that I represent.

TIM RUSSERT WOULD BE PROUD

Rep. Charlie B. Rangel (D-NY 15) has been charged with several ethics violations by a House committee.

Despite his long and proud career such as the founding member of the Congressional Black Caucus, it appears that his career may come to a less than favorable conclusion.

Here is a repost of a previous entry that highlights the point that timing is everything when ending a career in the public eye.

During an interview, Rep. Rangel was asked by several reporters about these charges. One of them asked if he was worried about losing his job.

That enraged the Congressman.
It is clear where Luke learned how to ask the tough questions.
