2016 NFL SEASON: CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY

Well… our new Trump overlord was sworn in as the nation’s 45th president on Friday.

Wanna bet that he will tweet something about the teams that will lose today?

Hey! I got an idea!

Someone should ask Trump how those New Jersey Generals are doing

I guess we will get on with the business of picking games for Conference Championship Sunday.

My 2-2 record last week brings my record for the playoffs to 5-3.

Remember the kickoff times are MOUNTAIN time so adjust the clocks accordingly.

LEGITIMATE CONCERNS

Lewis’ claims about Trump being an illegitimate president is based on that the incoming president lost the national popular vote by 3 million votes and only won several key states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida, and North Carolina by a total of 100K votes. It is also based on intelligence reports stating that the Russian government orchestrated a coordinated effort to try to influence the recent presidential election by disseminating inflammatory stories and an e-mail hacking operation in order to discredit Hillary Clinton.

2016 NFL SEASON: DIVISIONAL ROUND

3-1 in the Wild Card is not a bad start to the playoffs. Four teams advance to take on the teams that were on first-round byes. Two more teams will be eliminated this weekend while two will advance to the next round.

Who will it be?

A common theme that surrounds these four games is that they are all rematches from regular season games. Only one is taking place at the same location as the first game; the Texans at Patriots game is happening in Foxboro as it was when they played in Week 4.
