I am going up against Monica Roberts of the TransGriot. She is a blogger, political activist, and a great friend to my wife Stacey. Last week she went 12-4, an improvement from 9-7 in Week 1. She holds an overall one-game lead over me.

I wish her luck in her picks for Week 3.

THE RETURN OF THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALFTIME SHOW

One of the great things about the college football season starting back up again is the return of halftime programs.

Here we have Rice University’s MOB (Most Outstanding Band) performing at halftime during the Rice at Texas game in Austin over the weekend.
