One of the great things about the college football season starting back up again is the return of halftime programs.
Here we have Rice University’s MOB (Most Outstanding Band) performing at halftime during the Rice at Texas game in Austin over the weekend.
In defense of Texas A&M, there have been some very smart Aggies that have gone through their university.
Governor Perry was not one of them.

CORRECTION: MOB stands for Marching Owl Band.
I am sure though that Rice will forgive me for that oversight.
