TODD HILL’S COMMENT ON FORT WORTH CITY COUNCIL MEMBER JOEL BURNS

This piece was written by Todd Hill for the Burnt Orange Report. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Trinity High School and is currently completing his degree in political science from UT-Arlington.

Mr. Hill is a prominent player in Mid Cities politics and an activist. He is involved with the Mid Cities Democrats and teaches an HIV/AIDS prevention class. In August, when President Obama visited Dallas for a fundraising event, Mr. Hill penned this piece for the Burnt Orange Report about his experiences in the Presidential motorcade.

I regularly follow him on Facebook because I believe that he is among the few that will change the world for the better. I tell people that if you don’t know Todd Hill, you’re not a Texas Democrat. We could use a few more people like Mr. Hill in this world.

Mr. Hill recently authored a piece about Fort Worth City Council Member Joel Burns’s speech during a council meeting. Both men displayed courage in their pieces and I would like to share them with my loyal readers.
