I wouldn't doubt their intention is to make it retroactive, if possible. They will say that the problem was too much regulation; that's why it wasn't being complied with, because it was too much trouble. And it cut into profits.<br /><br />In the picture above, the dead firefighter with the cowboy hat was my second cousin, Morris Bridges, Jr. His family also lost their house in the disaster.
